Using EFT, I can help you:
• release stress and anxiety, which involves identifying your daily stress triggers and their origin;
• let go of negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs, e.g. I’m not good enough, I am not lovable, I am not worthy or deserving, I don’t fit in, I have to do everything by myself;
• become a more conscious parent by learning to regulate your emotions and stay calm, even when your children are acting out.
For those who are parents, I also share the principles, tools and strategies of “Peaceful Parenting”, which is a relationship-based approach to parenting that involves learning to:
1. regulate your emotions,
2. connect to your child and;
3. ‘emotion coach’ your child to be their best self, rather than trying to control them with punishments and rewards.
