I support my clients to create a daily self-care routine that works for them, drawing on my knowledge and experience as an integrative health coach, meditation and yoga teacher.

I also share the principles, tools and strategies of “Peaceful Parenting”, which is a relationship-based approach to parenting that involves learning to:

1. regulate your emotions,

2. connect to your child and;

3. ‘emotion coach’ your child to be their best self, rather than trying to control them with punishments and rewards.
